Gretchen Gilmore

​Hi, I’m Gretchen Gilmore, a senior at Marquette University, pursuing a degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and International Business. Passionate about empowering women in the workplace, I strive to improve networking and professional development opportunities for women as the Co-President of Women in Business at MU. My academic journey has equipped me with skills in strategic planning, supply chain optimization, and marketing analysis, which I enjoy applying to WIB.

I believe in collaboration and continuous learning and my goal is to pursue a career in operations and supply chain management, with a focus on driving efficiency and innovation in global business. Upon graduation, I will be joining GE HealthCare in their rotational Operations Management Leadership Program.

Outside of academics and professional work, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, and exploring new places with friends and family.
